No, there is no pre-registration required for the Wedding & Beyond expo. The invitation is open to everyone. You can just walk into the Chennai Trade Centre on the 2nd and 3rd of July 2022, visit the stalls, and enjoy your wedding shopping. You can also interact with the experts and brand representatives of various companies in the Indian wedding industry.

Can I take pictures at the Wedding & Beyond expo?

Of course, you can take pictures. However, we recommend that you politely request the stall vendors for permission to photograph their exhibits or products before doing so. We are sure our sponsoring brands and stall owners will be delighted to participate in your wish list. We also recommend you avoid taking pictures at stalls where photography is denied.

Can I shop at the Wedding & Beyond expo?

Of course, you can. The expo will have more than three hundred stalls with nearly 50 categories of pre-wedding, wedding, and post-wedding products and services to choose from. Our prime objective is to offer all visitors an all-in-one wedding shopping experience with all the prime brands under one roof. Our Wedding & Beyond expo will feature bridal jewellery, bridal and groom wear, food and beverages, sweets and savoury items, cosmetics, and everything you will need for a wedding. We hope you will have a wonderful shopping experience at our expo!

What is the acceptable form of payment at the stalls in your Wedding & Beyond expo?

While most stalls will accept cash, visitors will also have other options like bank transfers, UPI, and digital wallets. An ATM is also available inside the Chennai Trade Centre premises for the convenience of our visitors.

Is there a deadline for booking stalls at the Wedding & Beyond expo?

Our expo will have more than 300 stalls. You can book your stall until the 31st of May, 2022. Sometimes, there maybe last minute cancellations too. However, we have designated a team to help our exhibitors with the booking requirements. You can contact them to confirm your booking. Kindly feel free to reach out to our Wedding & Beyond team for any clarification regarding the stall bookings.

Can I book the stall of my preference?

Yes, you can. All the stalls at our Wedding & Beyond Expo will be numbered. Hence, you will get your preferred stall number while booking your stall. Our sales team will also be in constant touch with you. If you have any specific requirements in mind, you may convey them to our team, and they will ensure you get the stall of your choice.

How can I confirm my stall allocation?

The booking confirmation for our stall will be emailed to you by our Wedding & Beyond sales team. Kindly check your spam folder if you haven't received our mail in your inbox.

Is there ample parking space available at your venue for exhibitors?

Yes, there is ample parking space at the Chennai Trade Centre where our Wedding & Beyond expo will be held. We have provided two loading and unloading bays for our exhibitor's convenience at the exhibition hall. You will have ample space to unload your goods before the exhibition date and reload them into your vehicles once it is over.
